As you place your order via PayPal, if you would like to cancel an order, you can cancel for full refund as long as it's within 7 days of placing your order. Cancellations after this period will be charged 10% administration fee. However you will not be charged if it is due to Yajihula Anime not being able to fulfill your order:)
If the items are not as you expected, you may return them in unopened and undamaged conditions within 7 days for a refund less postage costs. Please note such items are returned at your own expense and in all cases it is your responsibility to pack them in order that they reach us in the same condition you received them in.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace the products without charge or refund in full.
